My name is Jack Windess, and for my whole life, I have lived in London.

I got Interested in film at a very young age, a little 6-year-old me in the living room watching films like The Amazing Spider-Man, Iron Man and then The Avengers. I was really big into superheroes and action, and so I played games at school to reflect this.

Once I reached GCSE's I was able to take my first steps into learning about film, and that's when I truly learnt that this was something I am passionate about, I loved film.

When I reached college, I took a level 3 film course, and I feel it was one of the best decisions I had ever made, because now I was being taught proper camera techniques, and it even inspired me to get my own camera, which is when I took up photography.

At the beginning, my photography skills were rather poor, but as time moved on and I learnt more about my camera and understood it better, my skills improved.

Film and Photography have always felt special to me, something I feel I am good at, and it is an art I want to progress in and grow my experience in.
